Adult Gatherings

A creative experience designed around your group. Choose from a selection of craft projects and mediums, and we’ll customize the experience to fit your theme, occasion, and group. Projects may include embroidery, decoupage, and more.

Our gatherings are all about creative exploration, personal expression, and having fun together. We’ll provide the materials, prepare your project, and offer support as needed, while leaving plenty of room for everyone to make it their own.

Perfect for adult birthdays, baby showers, girls’ nights, team building, and other special gatherings.

  • $475 for up to 10 participants

  • $15 per additional participant, up to 19

  • Two-hour event, with additional time available for $100 per hour

  • Includes project planning, prepared materials, and support as needed

Youth Parties

Celebrate with a creative birthday party at Neon Heron! Kids ages 9 and up can choose from a selection of guided craft projects, with materials and support provided to make each creation their own.

  • $275 for up to 10 children

  • $15 per additional child, up to 15 children

  • 90-minute party

  • Available Sundays at 11 AM or 2 PM, or select weekday evenings

Plan for 45–60 minutes of crafting, with the remaining time for cake, presents, or another activity provided by parents.

Open Studio Rental

Treat your group to private access to our creative space. Explore the studio’s materials and tools, choose your own projects, and create at your own pace. A great option for groups who want the freedom to craft and connect without formal instruction.

  • $400 flat fee for up to 19 participants

  • Two-hour rental, with additional hours available for $100/hour

  • Private access to studio space, standard materials, and tools

  • Independent crafting without guided instruction, though you’ll have a guide to support as needed.

Space Only

Need a space for a meeting, presentation, celebration, or other gathering? Rent the studio without craft or material access. Space rental includes tables and chairs, kitchen access, a mini fridge, sink, bathroom, and AV equipment, including a television and microphone. Contact us for availability and pricing.
